Weekly Multisensory Activity Planner (Free PDF)
4 weekly planner pages — pick one activity a day, note the sound practiced, check it off.
A four-week planner that turns twelve hands-on phonics activities into one short activity a day.
What’s inside
- An instructions page: pick one activity a day from the 12-activity list, note the sound or word practiced.
- Four weekly pages (Week 1 to Week 4) with a row per day, a suggested activity for each day and a Done box.
How to use it
- Use the suggested plan for week 1, then swap activities freely.
- Write the sound or word you practiced in each row.
- Check the box when done.
- At the end of the month, note which activities your child enjoyed most.
Watch out for
- Doing a new activity every day can make practice feel like entertainment — repeat favorites so the focus stays on the sound.
- Write down the sound practiced each day; without it, the planner can't show progress.
- Hands-on activities take setup time — pick the next day's activity the night before.
Who it’s for
