Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Kids Drawing, Doodle Painting app (“the app”, “we”, “us”), developed by the phonicademy.com team. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the app.
License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app on devices you own or control. On Apple platforms this license is additionally subject to Apple's Standard EULA, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict on Apple devices. On Google Play, Google's standard terms apply in the same way. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the app or its content by downloading, installing, or using it.
Free content and purchases
The app offers certain features free of charge and others through the optional Kids Drawing Premium subscription. In every case you are being granted a limited license to use the feature, not purchasing ownership of it. The app is completely ad-free on both the free tier and Premium.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
- Product title: Kids Drawing Premium.
- Length & price: 1 month at $4.99/month or 12 months at $19.99/year. Local currency equivalents are shown by the App Store at the moment of purchase.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account on Android) at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal: The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel: iOS → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android → Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
- Refunds: Apple and Google handle refund requests directly via their respective stores; we do not process refunds on their behalf.
Subscriptions and purchases are billed and processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play Billing; we do not process payments directly.
Acceptable use
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or assets from the app.
- Don't use automated tools (bots, scrapers) against the app or its services without our written permission.
- Don't attempt to bypass paywalls, security features, or usage restrictions.
- Don't use the app to violate any applicable law.
Children
The app is designed to be usable by children, with parental supervision recommended for account-level actions, purchases, and following any external link. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and children's privacy.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
