Privacy Policy

Kids Drawing, Doodle Painting (“the app”) is developed by the phonicademy.com team. The app is designed for young children and is built privacy-first: there is no account, no login, no chat, no user-generated upload shared with anyone else, and zero advertising.

What we do NOT collect

  • NO name, NO email, NO date of birth, NO contact information.
  • NO precise location, NO contacts, NO calendar, NO photo library scan.
  • NO advertising identifier — neither IDFA nor IDFV is read by the app.
  • NO third-party analytics or advertising SDK — the app does not use Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, AdMob, Meta SDK, or similar. The app is completely ad-free.
  • NO data shared with any third party, ad network, data broker, or analytics vendor.

What stays on the device

  • Drawings, doodles, and gallery pieces — stored locally on your device. When you sign in to iCloud (iOS) or a Google account (Android) the OS may back this data up into your private backup container; we never see it.
  • Camera — used only on-device for the AR Drawing and Solar System AR activities, to anchor drawings in your real-world surroundings. Camera video is processed locally on the device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server. If you decline camera permission, those two AR activities are simply unavailable; the rest of the app works normally.

In-app purchases

The optional Kids Drawing Premium subscription is handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play Billing. We receive a receipt to confirm entitlement; we never see your card number.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

The app is designed for children and follows App Store / Google Play guidelines for kid-targeted apps. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we ever become aware that a child has provided us with personal information (for example, through a support request), we delete it in a secure manner. If you are a parent or guardian with a concern, contact us using the details below.

Your choices

  • Decline camera permission — the app still works; only the two AR drawing activities are unavailable.
  • Delete the app to wipe all local drawings and progress.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately once posted on this page, so please check back periodically.
